SENIORS: Ludic and sedentary Cours of 60'. A mixture of Fitness with a program of back in shape and Coil Defense. Your physical integrity will be preserved but you will feel a real benefit on your abdominal strap, your lumbar, d' a general manner on your silouhette without forgetting a better confidence in you (insurance in the street, balances…)                                                                     Classes: Tuesday and Friday: 10:00 with 11:15.

COIL FEMALE DEFENSE: Practising or not disciplines of combat, come in a ludic but real way: to optimize your physical condition (breath, to find l' energy), to work your silhouette (contours of the legs, glutei, abdos, tonings up of the arms…) and to learn in a pragmatic way the Coil Defense. HERE NOT OF MIRACLE OR MAGIC RECEIPT BUT OF TECHNIQUES EPROUVEES TO the D' SERVICE; A WORK OF REPETITION AND SETTING IN SITUATION IN GOOD MOOD.                                                                                                 Classes: Tuesday and Friday 12 h30- 13:30

ADULT JEET KUNE C: Cours all levels. Here, all the experiments and Martiales origins are accepted. Be ready with you exceed with a large gross physical preparation… Endurance, Resistance, Speed, Explosiveness, Puissance are the words d' order of the first part of the course. Then we return in l' training: various distances from combat. différenrts styles of combat constitiant the JKD (boxes, grappling…). handling and defense d' weapons such as: simple and double sticks as well as the knife. to apprehend the various standard cases/d' the most current aggressions. management of the stress and l' adrenalin. self-control d' a general manner. gestures and attitudes which can quite simply leave you delicate situations…!
Classes : Wednesday 19h30 et Saturday : 17h30.

JEET KUNE C BANKED-UP BED: LITTLE DRAGON. Little Dragon will discover the richness of the concept of defense of Bruce LEE. A dynamic rate/rhythm for l' together of these courses where each practitioner will discover: a work of coodination. a development of various essential physical qualities (breath, flexibility, speed, force). an open pedagogy bringing to a work of concentration and memory in order to be able engrammer and to restore. a pragmatic approach of the coil defense.
